When Jenny is not in the office, she loves going out to parks with her two sons and spend times with her family.

Daniel Han is an associate lawyer of North Road Law.
Daniel specializes in Real Estate, Business and Corporate Laws. Before joining North Road Law, Daniel represented numerous Korean conglomerates and top multinational corporations in various practice areas including M&A, overseas investment, internal compliance & investigation, antitrust, other regulatory sectors and arbitration as a foreign attorney for more than eight years in Kim & Chang, the top lawfirm in Korea, and Yulchon, one of the top five lawfirms in Korea. Daniel also worked as an investment & portfolio manager in a private equity management firm for nearly 2 years.
Daniel was born in Korea, grew up in New Zealand, and attained his LLB(Hons)/BA degrees from the University of Auckland in New Zealand and LLM degree from the New York University. He passed the National Competitive Recruitment Examination and interview of the United Nations for P3 junior officer position in the Legal Department. He also published several articles in respected legal journals around the world and he is fully bilingual in English and Korean. Having served top clients in important global transactions, Daniel strives to fully utilize his professional expertise and experience to offer precise and practical legal advice to his clients.
